Excellent software
Our advanced proprietary image processing algorithms identify foreign bodies and defects, while the expulsion systems discard products containing contaminants of any size, shape, or positioned anywhere inside the packaging, whether they are glass, metal, stone, ceramic, or high-density plastic.
Unlimited scanning
We scan various types of packaging, including bottles, jars, Tetra Paks, milk cartons, bags, bricks, purees, and much more. Most importantly, we are capable of inspecting products pumped through tubes (juices, fruit purees, smoothies, etc.).
Security check
X-rays do not alter the organoleptic properties of the product, ensuring no impact on consumer safety.
Embeddable
Our solutions can be integrated with CFR21 part 11, as they are equipped with software featuring a password-protected security system and an audit trail.
Industry 4.0
We are compliant with Industry 4.0 standards because we provide industrial communication protocols (OPC-UA, MODBUS-TCP, etc.) that enable bidirectional communication between the machine and the customer's MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
Validation Protocols
Our machines are compatible with the main machine validation protocols (M&S, BRC, Nestlé…).
