The Dylight Pipe is an entry-level inspection system, affordable and high-performing, equipped with all essential technical solutions. Its configuration is versatile and compact, featuring an integrated rejection system, and it can be quickly installed on a production line, immediately ready to inspect a wide range of products in any factory.
Flexible design
Thanks to the design of the inspection pipe, the machine length can be reduced to as little as 1 meter (minimum), and the system can be easily integrated into the existing production line using standard fittings. The air cooling system allows the machine to operate within a wide temperature range, without the need for an external water cooling system typically required by more powerful machines. Maintenance is extremely simple and fast: each main component (pipe, valve, generator, and detector) is easily installable, accessible, and removable thanks to the new design.
The Dymond 80 Pipe and Dymond 80 Bulk share the same machine body, as both are derived from the Dymond 80 conveyor system. The use of generators with an integrated tube ensures high performance while utilizing only the necessary power. Additionally, thanks to the refurbishment process, the same unit can be reused, thereby reducing the environmental impact of routine maintenance and promoting a more sustainable technology.
Configurable inspections
The Dymond 80 Pipe features fully customizable inspection pipe fittings based on the customer’s requirements and available space. Thanks to the sliding system, machine calibration is extremely easy without needing to remove the inspection pipe, all with procedures that are completely safe for the operator. The main components (inspection pipe, sensor, and generator) can be easily removed due to the innovative design. A complete range of rejection valves ensures an optimal solution for every type of product. The machine is designed to facilitate and speed up maintenance, ensuring low operating costs (TCO) and quick turnaround, minimizing production line downtime.
