X Ray Technology

X-rays allows you to safely scan products for contaminants or risks. But it doesn’t stop there; for example, they can be used to detect product defects, breakages, or missing parts of packaging.

From Exposure to Impression

X-rays offer the ability to investigate foreign objects, production imperfections, and structural issues in any type of product. No matter what physical characteristics it has, we can provide high-level analysis regardless of…

We guarantee our clients high-quality products and assurances such as...

  • The detection of potential contaminants
  • The identification of product defects, such as breakages, anomalies, absence of substances, etc.
  • The correct presence of the product inside the packaging
  • The reduction of waste and false positives

No radioactive materials are involved, and the inspected products remain unaffected.

X-rays are a non-harmful technology.

Unnecessary precautions

Personnel working with the machines should not be considered ‘exposed personnel’ (as is the case in hospital radiology departments). Therefore, it is not necessary to equip operators with dosimeters, create a designated area, or have the personnel under medical supervision.

Our machines feature a lead-lined inspection block, and there are leaded steel shields at the entrance and exit of the inspection area. This ensures that X-ray leaks are virtually nonexistent and certified to be below the most stringent limits.

Safety First

As soon as the machine’s chassis is opened, allowing direct contact with the X-ray exposure area (for maintenance and/or cleaning of the inspection chamber), the emission of X-rays is instantly interrupted thanks to a sophisticated safety sensor system.

The machines produced by Dylog Hitech are certified in accordance with European directives 89/391, 89/654, 89/655, 89/656, 90/269, 90/270, 90/394, and 90/679 concerning occupational safety and health, as well as the directives for protection against ionizing radiation 80/836, 84/467, 84/466, 89/618, 90/641, and 96/29.
